This is the Chrysler Building in the heart of Manhattan. The Chrysler's architects used an eagle emblem and stainless steel to highlight the buildings automotive roots.
The question of the day is: What do these wings represent?

ReplyDeleteSorry it took so long to respond. These are not gargoyles. They are giant hood ornaments, Mr. Chrysler built this building, he also started the Chrysler automobile company.
